English The English Department at The British School of Lomé aims to provide students with a critical awareness of the personal, social and cultural significance of language and literature. read more	Humanities Humanities can be traced back to ancient times, where in Greece, it was the foundation for broad education for citizens. In Roman times, it was called the seven Liberal arts which gradually changed. read more	ICT At present the school operates two ICT labs to run the curriculum according to ICT Key Stage 3, London Examination IGCSE as well as the IB Programme. read more

Mathematics At the British School of Lome we believe that mathematics is fundamental in all aspects of learning as it enables the learners to understand and to interpret all aspects of life. read more	Modern Languages As the British School of Lomé is situated in a French speaking country, all students in school learn French as a second language from Nursery to Year 13. In most years, we have 2 or 3 ability groups from absolute beginners to French speakers. read more	Music The Department teaches music to all students from reception to year 11. Each class has music lessons twice a week. From Reception to year 6 pupils concentrate on a large repertoire of songs, using percussion instruments and from year 2-3, recorders. read more

Physical Education The Department teaches PE to all children and students from Reception to Year 11.
