Jazz on the grass

This is an exciting musical programme, organised once a term, to help students relax at break time. The musical director invites a local band to play classical, modern and old songs, mostly in English.
The band is set up on the grass in the frontage of the school and both staff and students stand around and dance to their music. This event is held during lunch break and very well patronised by students. Both students and staff have the opportunity to sing their own pieces, if they feel talented enough to give a public performance. It usually ends by the end of lunch break. |
