Nelly Tusiine

Nelly was born in central Uganda, East Africa. After attaining a Bachelors’ degree in Education from the university, she was recruited to teach English and Literature in a girl’s boarding school where she spent 7 years. Nelly then moved on to Aga Khan High School, Kampala to enrich her knowledge of different cultures and curricula and she taught both English at both IGCSE and IB level. |
| Her passion for teaching was inspired by her parents who are both teachers. She intends to inspire in her students a love for reading and help them develop and appreciate an inquiring mind. Nelly truly believes that the world is a global village and she is eager to meet a new branch of her family. Nelly is a strong advocate of human rights and passionate about issues that affect the human race (women in particular) across the globe. |
