PRIMARY CALENDAR EVENTS

PRIMARY PARENTS EVENING
This takes place once a year and is usually timed for mid-October, on a Wednesday or Thursday, from 17h30 – 20h00. It involves Class and Subject teachers and is co-ordinated by the Primary Head. Each family is scheduled for a 10-15 minute time slot, in which they meet a class teacher to discuss students’ progress.
A letter about the event is sent 10-15 days in advance, with a sign-up slip about time preference: e.g. 17h30 – 18h00 or 18h00 – 18h30, etc. About three days before the event a class teacher plans appointments for each child in the class, taking into account their time preference, if possible, and sends the final information note to the parents stating the exact time of their appointment; e.g. 18h00 to 18h15.
